What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. While we want you to love your gear, please note that for international orders, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
How it Works
- The Play Test: Feel free to take our paddles out on the court. We want you to be certain that they improve your game and fit your style of play.
- Other Gear: All other items (apparel, bags, accessories) must be returned in new/unused condition with original tags attached.
Refunds & Exchanges
Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will process your full refund.. Please keep your tracking number, as we cannot be responsible for international shipments lost in transit. To initiate contact us at support-asia@selkirk.com to initiate the return process.
Will I Have to Pay Customs, Duties, and Taxes?
Payment of Duties & Taxes:
For international orders where taxes, duties, and customs fees are not collected at checkout, these charges will be due upon delivery. In these instances, the shipping carrier will issue a separate invoice for any required fees before or upon delivery. Please note that this invoice may also include carrier brokerage or administrative fees for processing the customs clearance.
Recipient Responsibility:
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for paying any applicable taxes, duties, import fees, and carrier fees required by your country's customs authority. These government-mandated fees are final once the transaction is processed.
Accurate Contact Information:
It is critical to provide a valid email address and phone number at checkout. The shipping carrier will use this information to contact you regarding any duties owed.
Customs Delays:
Selkirk is not responsible for transit delays caused by customs clearance procedures. Processing times vary by country and are outside of our control.
Abandoned Orders:
If a package is refused, returned, or abandoned at customs due to unpaid duties, taxes, or import fees—or due to the carrier being unable to contact you—no refund will be issued for the merchandise or the original shipping costs.
Non-Refundable Fees:
Please be advised that any customs duties, taxes, or import fees paid are strictly non-refundable. Selkirk cannot refund these charges in the event of a returned order.
Return Shipping:
Should you need to return an item, please note that customers are responsible for all shipping fees associated with the return order.
