Very Very Good paddle, but not the best.

If you’re coming from a boomstik, and you’re able to play the boomstik quite nicely, then you have no reason to change it to the omni. But if you want less power, but rather have the same feel of a boomstik, then the Omni will be a good buy. Overall, The paddle is good, has a beatiful design, grit that’s decent, and customization makes it worth trying. Selkirk is definitely making new technology for the betterment of the experience of the players. With the price of around. PHP18,800 i will not recommend it, but if you want new tech and a fan of selkirk you dont want to miss out. I would not be surprised to see that this would flood the courts in the next month.

    Love It So Far

I've been playing pickleball for about a year now and have only played with the Luxx Control Air paddle. Decided I wanted a paddle with more pop and power. The local club had me demo the SLK ERA first for a few games, which I quite liked, and then the Selkirk Omni for a few games. I opted for the Omni because I felt that I had better control/feel with drop shots and play in the kitchen, without losing any meaningful power or pop, compared to the ERA. All and all, when comparing these two paddles, I felt more confident playing with the Omni, but both improved my game over my Luxx Control Air.

Widebody

Ideal for players seeking the largest sweet spot and a consistent feel and performance across the face. Plus, it has a longer handle!

Elongated

Give yourself a better chance on balls you have to reach for. The longer handle has ample room for two-handed backhands, while the elongated shape delivers greater plow-through and power on every shot.
