How long will it take to receive my order?
Variable Processing Times: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Malaysia time). Delivery usually takes 1–1.5 weeks, depending on the destination and local courier services. Delivery times may vary due to customs processing or unforeseen delays.
Order Readiness: Once an order is placed, our team works diligently to prepare your gear for international transit as quickly as possible.
International Return Policy
Our 30-Day Performance Guarantee: We want to make sure you’ve found your perfect match. You are welcome to take your new paddle to the courts and play with it for up to 30 days from the date of delivery. If it isn’t the right fit, you can return it for a full refund to your original payment method.
For all other items (apparel, bags, and accessories, shoes), products must be in new, unused condition with original tags and packaging.
Shipping & Fees: Original shipping charges, duties, and fees are non-refundable.
International: Customers outside Malaysia are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Currency: Refunds are issued in the original purchase currency, regardless of exchange rate fluctuations.
Customs, Duties, & Taxes
Payment of Duties & Taxes:
For international orders where taxes, duties, and customs fees are not collected at checkout, these charges will be due upon delivery. In these instances, the shipping carrier will issue a separate invoice for any required fees before or upon delivery. Please note that this invoice may also include carrier brokerage or administrative fees for processing the customs clearance.

If a package is refused, returned, or abandoned at customs due to unpaid duties, taxes, or import fees—or due to the carrier being unable to contact you—no refund will be issued for the merchandise or the original shipping costs.
Non-Refundable Fees:
Please be advised that any customs duties, taxes, or import fees paid are strictly non-refundable. Selkirk cannot refund these charges in the event of a returned order.
