How long will it take to receive my order?

International Return Policy
Our 30-Day Performance Guarantee: We want to make sure you’ve found your perfect match. You are welcome to take your new paddle to the courts and play with it for up to 30 days from the date of delivery. If it isn’t the right fit, you can return it for a full refund to your original payment method.
For all other items (apparel, bags, and accessories, shoes), products must be in new, unused condition with original tags and packaging.
Shipping & Fees: Original shipping charges, duties, and fees are non-refundable.
International: Customers outside Malaysia are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Currency: Refunds are issued in the original purchase currency, regardless of exchange rate fluctuations.

For international orders where taxes, duties, and customs fees are not collected at checkout, these charges will be due upon delivery. Only use on paddles with RAW CARBON FIBER surfaces. Do not use on smooth or blended surfaces.
Removes debris from paddle to clean and restore grit on paddle. I would recommend to use after each day of play to ensure paddle stays in top condition.

I have not receive this item. I have sent notice 2 times with no reply from Selkirk. It shows on the packing slip it wasn’t shipped. I paid for it and Selkirk has yet to reply when this item will be sent to me. So far I’m not a happy customer. Please send this item as I really want it.
