Pickleball Takes the World Stage in Da Nang
From August 30 to September 6, Da Nang hosted the Heineken Pickleball World Cup 2026, bringing together 3,800 athletes from 64 countries for eight days of competition.
Held across five venues throughout Da Nang, the tournament centered around Tien Son Sports Centre, where the opening ceremony and some of the biggest matches took place, including the quarterfinals, semifinals, and finals.
With more than 5,000 spectators attending throughout the event, the World Cup marked its first year in Asia and Vietnam's first official government-backed pickleball event.

As the Official Paddle Sponsor, Selkirk was on the ground throughout the tournament, connecting directly with players, fans, and pickleball communities from Vietnam and around the world.
